Dracaena Sanderiana, commonly known as Lucky Bamboo is an important part of Asian culture. Why is it called lucky bamboo?
Chinese legend says a gift of Living Bamboo brings Good Luck, Fortune, Prosperity and Happiness to its Bearer.
Hence the name LUCKY BAMBOO.

Living lucky bamboo grows indoors for years with little care, requiring only 2mm to 5mm of water.

This lucky charm will keep giving, too: you can break off a stem and re-plant it in water. By changing the water every three days, it will quickly root and can then be passed on to a friend.
